- Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after shipping.
- Flat rate shipping: $5. Free shipping on orders over $75.
- You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Pieces must be unworn and in their original packaging.
- Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.
- To start a return, email hello@zaarjewelry.com with your order number.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
